This challenge is the ultimate ‘re.set’. 30 days of discipline, to put you back at your best. Less bloated, more consistent, showing up for yourself, every day.

You will not only see a physical transformation, but also feel a mental uplift.

What you’ll get

  • 2 x workout blocks, split into 2 weeks each, to progress and adapt in a short period of time.

  • Live workouts with Alex, a certified personal trainer. With cues and form tips throughout the sessions, you’ll workout effectively from day 1.

  • 4 bodyweight workouts per week, with 3 days of aerobics activity in between.

  • A 25 minute mobility session. Improve performance, range of motion and flexibility.

  • A challenge calendar and accountability tracker - to track your progress and plan for success!

  • A warm up and cool down for every session. All housed in one members’ hub, making it easy to follow and keep track of progress.

Full body s.e.t.

S.E.T. = Strength Endurance Training. We start the challenge off with a full body session, to get the fibres firing from all cylinders!

LOWER BODY S.E.T. + CORE

We get a bit spicy in block 2! This session focuses on the lower body and core in unilateral movements- working one side at a time (therefore making it more challenging).

hiit your peak

In block 2, we finish the challenge with a HIIT session. All of our workouts have regressions and progressions, and you are encouraged to choose the option suited to your level.

  • The challenge is designed to be 30 days, continuous. However, if life gets in the way, not to worry. Your one time purchase gives you lifetime access to the workouts.

  • Absolutely! It’s perfect for beginners - Alex is on screen coaching you live through the workouts. So you can correct your form in real-time and not worry about getting it wrong!

  • I would recommend incorporating these sessions within your current program. For example, they are excellent to supplement an aerobic endurance program - building strength endurance. If you’re looking for more muscle build, check out my RE.SCULPT/ RE.DISCOVER programs.

  • If you are pregnant, post-natal please consult your GP before trying. These exercises have not been adapted for pregnancy - so you will need to be aware of how to adapt them. Post-natal cases depend on the individual and you need to seek medical advice before proceeding.

  • Please consult your GP, or relevant professional service provider, before completing physical exercise. It is essential to know the parameters in which you can train before undertaking a new program. If you have specific needs, reach out via my contact page and we can tailor a program for you!

  • You will receive daily emails. Plus, the members’ hub is clearly organised into blocks, and the workouts are set out in order. It is flexible to allow you to edit the order if you have other training priorities on certain days.
